Cuddle Bunnies in the Garden

Nothing is sweeter than holding a tiny bunny on your lap or against your chest. Take some self care time and make memories with your loved ones while connecting to nature in our peaceful garden space. Join the Breadbox community in raising the friendliest bunnies on the planet by helping us socialize babies born at Breadbox, as well as rescue rabbits who are learning to trust humans again.

  • $20 per guest.

  • Event open to all ages. Children under 1 year old are free.

  • This is a group event and up to 16 guests may attend.

The Breadbox Experience | Meditation + Tour

Soothe your soul and calm your nervous system in this unique experience with professional meditation guide, Saskia Meckman and the owner of Breadbox, Robin Salmani. First, enjoy a homemade healing tea while you settle into the space. Then, melt into relaxation to the sound of Saskia’s voice as she leads you on a journey alongside your rabbit. Connect with the group and share your experience during an adorable baby bunny playtime. And finally, enjoy a peek behind the scenes in the rabbit room.

Saskia has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years.

Robin has been living on a working homestead, mentoring teens and young adults, growing herbs and raising rabbits for the past 7 years.

Adults and children 12+ years old are welcome. Please arrive at 2 pm, meditation with bunnies starts around 2:15 pm.

  • $40 per guest

  • Approximately 1.5- 2 hour experience

  • Hosted in the gardens on nice days, and indoors during cold or wet weather

Nail Clipping with Robin

$35 per person. Held on Tuesday evenings.

Having a hard time clipping nails or have some questions about rabbit care? You, my friend, are not alone. Clipping nails is the most common hurdle new rabbit owners have in caring for their bunnies.

Come and learn from Robin in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We will clip your rabbits nails while I teach you our best practices in keeping both you and your pet comfortable during the experience. All health and grooming related questions are welcome (I’ve heard it all, don’t be shy) and we will also perform a simple health check together.

You may bring more than one rabbit, but depending attendance, we may only get to fully clip one of them during your session. You are always welcome to attend two sessions in a row!

Bunny Care 101 Class

This is the perfect class for someone thinking about adding a rabbit to their life who would like to know more about their care and socialization. We will teach you basic care, how to keep a rabbit healthy and happy, and give you all the litter box training hacks. You will leave us knowing how to “speak rabbit” and confident in handling a bunny friend. You’ll have plenty of time to practice your new skills while cuddling some of the Breadbox bunnies.

  • $45 per person, $100 minimum

Guided Meditation with Bunnies

Meet our adult therapy bunnies! All of the rabbits raised at Breadbox are Netherland Dwarfs and have been hand selected and trained from young age by our team. Some of them grow up to raise kits of their own in between their therapy work.
